· I remember: this is a cosmic game and we are all role playing for each other in this ‘polarity master teacher cosmic playing field’ and the goal of the game is: Unified, Balanced Source Wholeness fully integrated and embodied within this physical body form and emitted from within ... and reflected all around in the collective
· I remember: we are all creating moment by moment with our ‘directed’ energy-frequency-vibration, subconscious beliefs, thoughts, intention and attention (reminder: where is my attention now?)
· Alpha/Theta Mindset 10 Hz OR 7.83 Hz OR 7.5 Hz OR maybe something else ... deeper yet ‘higher’?

· I remove all preincarnational contracts/pacts/promises/vows/spells/curses/ oaths and similar, as well as all ancestral and other blockages, limiting beliefs or restrictions that limit my ability to ________
· I declare: I AM Source-Energy-Frequency-Vibration-Pure Consciousness-Pure Love-Eternal Awareness-Unified Source Wholeness fully integrated and embodied in this physical body, fully anchored in this realm of reality ... and now, all things are possible!
Conscious Creation/Manifesting using a combo of all powerful imagination and brainwave state
o Sitting comfortably, eyes, closed, in Alpha-Theta-(Delta) brainwave state with headphones on
o Centred within, I feel gratitude for my current blessings
o I decide what I really, really, really desire with Clarity and Coherence
o I claim the right to initiate my own game now
o I imagine and FEEL the end result ‘as is already manifested’ ... big-bold-beautiful ... FEELING and sensing and ‘JUST KNOWING’ it has been created

o I see the Source of All, in all, I love all! ... I bless all creation with Pure Love ... I emit Pure Love wherever, whenever
o I ask and allow all my dreams to come true and made manifest, here and now
