All media tends to use the Revelation of the Method to (try to) influence and manipulate us on a daily basis:
Revelation of the Method = extracting our Free Will without us knowing about it, for trauma based mind control
This method uses predictive programming, powerful images, sound clips, repetitive phrases and ‘general repetition’ to engrave the desired outcome/result in our subconscious minds (which is running the reality show 90%) … whilst extracting our free will assuming we give our consent to whatever is being presented in the media/similar unless we specifically say NO to whatever is being ‘presented to us’!

Become consciously aware and catch the influencing/manipulation/extraction of free will ‘mid flight’ as a detached, neutral Observer

I command a Universal (going beyond galactic!) Cease and Desist Order to ____________ , now!
Also be very clear on this: Subconscious mind does not register ‘don’t’, won’t etc. so ‘I don’t consent’ actually registers as ‘I do consent’ in the subconscious mind; Solution: use alternative wording as above instead
Command/intend (with dowsing): ‘Neutralize all negative effects of _________ upon me now’ OR ‘Scramble the frequencies of ______________ and readjust them to the _____________ now’
Know that the Source/Universal Field of Creation is listening every step of the way so make it very clear what is acceptable to you and what is not, by being consciously aware of what is being presented to you in the ‘outer reflected reality’ moment by moment. The more you do it, the easier it becomes!
Choose higher/deeper LOVE perspective in this human play, stay centred in your Heart Space and know this too, shall pass …
