Feel the crystal in your hand... what it is

            Bring that FEELing from your hand to your Heart Space

Switch the crystal to your right hand

Take a breath and exhale quickly/pulsate the breath through your nose ... pulsing your breath and moving your arm through the magnetic field of your Heart (a bit like ‘hitting a hammer’ and pulsing the breath out quickly through the nose at the same time ... causing another electrical discharge) - This stores the info in the crystal!
