I acknowledge the trauma/pain in any form that I have suffered throughout the journey of my Soul
I call forth the trauma/pain that has been inflicted with or without my permission
As well as those Soul expressions, elementals and thought forms that have been instrumental in this trauma/pain
To stand before me as I stand before you in Pure Love

I now choose to transmute all bonds between us into Pure Love
